General
There are common VLAN and RIBFDAQ LAN. The common VLAN is given by RIKEN Advanced Center for Computing and Communication.

DHCP
DHCP is available on Server, BigRIPS, SAMURAI, Beta and SHARAQ VLAN. Beta VLAN case, DHCP server and tftpd server is e01. SHARAQ VLAN case, the server is shg01. Other VLAN cases, the server is g01.
Gateway server
All RIBFDAQ VLAN can access outside via gateway servers. SHARAQ has own gateway server; for other VLAN, g01.ribfdaq server is available. From RIKEN Nishina center VLAN, ssh connection to ribfdaq.rarfadv.riken.go.jp (= g01.ribfdaq) is permitted. From outside of RIKEN, VPN or logining to ribf00.riken.jp are needed.
Edge switch
In the measurement room and experiment room, you may find CentreCOM GS908/GS916 switches. For long distance (over 30 meters), 1000Base-SX (optical 1Gbps Ethernet) is adopted. Please be careful to connect your DAQ equipment to the network, please choose correct VLAN. Don't use Ctrl VLAN.
