DAQ for RIBF
Information in this page is basically only for BigRIPS (+ ZeroDegree Spectrometer, SHARAQ, SAMURAI) experiments.
BigRIPS
The DAQ infrastructure is always available. If you use default detectors only, you can start experiment without any hardware changing. (Of course, you should modify analysis routine as you like.)
RIPS
For RIPS case, simple CAMAC-based DAQ system is available (called as Kumagai-system). RIBFDAQ group don't care about this, for now. About this, please ask RIPS's contact person. If you need more large system combining VME for RIPS, we could help you. However, RIPS don't have DAQ infrastructure except for Kumagai-system, you may have to rent DAQ modules from other groups.
