Registration

Conference participants are requested to register online on and before May 18th, 2014.
The registration details are described below and followed by a link to the online registration page at the bottom.

• The registration is completed with transaction of the payment by credit card or bank transfer.
• The online registration page is managed by JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTBGMT). JTBGMT will arrange accommodation and tours in addition to the online registration.

[Registration Fee]

* Graduate and undergraduate students are kindly requested to provide a proof of their status (e.g. student card) during the Conference at the Registration Desk.

The registration fee covers the following items;

• Welcome reception
• All conference sessions
• Conference program and abstracts
• Coffee breaks
• Conference banquet dinner

For an accompanying person, the fee covers;

• Welcome reception
• Conference banquet dinner

Please be advised that accompanying persons may not enter the scientific sessions.

 

Accommodation & Tour

[Hotels]

JTBGMT will arrange accommodation for participants and accompanying persons. You may apply for room reservation during the online registration process, or contact them at aris2014[at]gmt.jtb.jp anytime

Several hotel-search sites are also avaialble for making your own reservation.

[Tours]

Tour reservation is now available. Please visit the online registration page again using your login ID to select the tour. The following tours are planned for the afternoon of June 4, 2014.

• RIBF facility tour
• A few half-day Tokyo tours

After completion of the tours, buses will take you to the banquet dinner place, Chin-Zan-So.

You can still participate in OP-1 (Tokyo Sky Tree and Asakusa Tour) and OP-2 (Sumida River Cruise and Hamarikyu gardens Tour). Let's join.
