Early registration (Feb.14 - Jun.15)

Registration costs for Participants: 50,000 JPY
The registration fee includes:
- Conference attendance, book of abstracts, copy of proceedings
- Welcome reception, banquet, all coffee breaks, Excursion, RIKEN tour
- 2-year membership for INTDS ( 50 US$ )

Registration costs for Companions: ~~20,000 JPY~~
- Welcome reception : 2,000 JPY (children are free)
- Banquet : 5,000 JPY (children are free)
- all coffee breaks, Excursion, RIKEN tour are included.

Late Registration (Jun. 16 - Aug.22)

Participants : 55,000 JPY

Companions: 25,000 JPY, 12,000 JPY(for children under 15 years old)

Notice

o The conference fees can be paid at the registration desk only.
Cash and credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) will be accepted.
We use an online payment system 'Square' (https://squareup.com/). A receipt will be issued by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
o All cancellations must be provided in written to the LOC.
o For a cancellation after Aug. 1st, a cancellation fee will be charged in some item. Please contact with LOC.
o If you have accompanied children, please consult their price with LOC.

Abstract submission

Abstracts should not exceed one page, A4 paper size, including title, author(s), affiliation(s), reference(s), as MS Word or Open Office document as well as a pdf-file to ensure correct character encoding. They may be edited and reformatted by the LOC. The abstracts should be submitted before June 15, 2014, to the LOC.

Presentations

All contributions accepted by the scientific committee will be offered an oral presentation in English. (20 15 min talk, 5 min discussion/questions). Since our program is extremely tight, we ask all speakers to keep their time limit strictly.
A note-PC will be available for the presentation; speakers should provide their talk on USB-stick and are kindly asked to transfer their presentations (Power Point or PDF) one day before their talk or early in the morning (for Monday sessions).

Proceedings

The papers actually presented at the conference and submitted in due time will be published as conference proceedings in the Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry provided that they successfully pass the reviewing process. All papers will be peer reviewed.
The page limit is 6 printed pages including all tables, figures, and references, which is equivalent to 12 double-spaced pages of draft.
o Please use this template for proceedings when you prepare your paper.
o A detailed instructions for authors is provided by JRNC editorial board.

Participants are required to hand in their full papers at the conference registration. Those papers will be distributed to peer reviewers at the membership meeting held on Sep. 5 (Fri). Manuscripts not received by the end of the conference will be excluded from publication in the Proceedings.
Detailed instructions for submission to the publisher will be informed later. Furthermore, the Editors reserve the right to reject manuscripts which are not returned during the review / editing process in a timely fashion

Financial support

Financial support for the participation in the conference can be offered, please fill in the Application for Financial Support form (please send an e-mail to the LOC). The Board of the INTDS decides on the application taking into account the scientific content of the contribution as it is described in the abstract as well as the relevance of the subject within the frame of this conference.
Individuals who get support are obliged to present their contribution in a talk during the conference. Please note that the support is given only under the condition that the complete paper is sent to the organizers at least 4 weeks in advance of the conference.
