The conference will take place in National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) which locates in Tokyo bay area, Odaiba. The sessions of the conference is scheduled from September 1st to 5th in this museum.

The conference is hosted by RIKEN Nishina Center for Accelerator-Based Science (RNC) which locates in Saitama prefecture. A tour for RIKEN Nishina Center is planed during the conference period.

A main candidate for lodging accommodation is Bayside Hotel AZUR Takeshiba which is near the Hamamatsucho Station of Yamanote Line. As a transportation between this hotel and the conference site, a new transit Yurikamome train is available. It takes 24 min. The welcome party and the board meeting will be held in this hotel on August 31.
