1) Bayside Hotel AZUR Takeshiba ( recommended )

Group discount can be applied (including breakfast and tax). Easy access (Dinner, Facility tour, Takeshiba station, etc.)

Tue. - Thu. : Single 11,400 JPY / Twin 19,600 JPY (9,800 JPY per person)
Fri.Sat.: Single 13,400 JPY / Twin 22,800 JPY (11,400 JPY per person)
The rooms facing the bay side will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

2) Hotel Nikko Tokyo

Close to the conference venue. No discount price (including breakfast and tax). Only twin rooms are available.
Single-use 23,300 JPY / Twin-use 12,700 JPY per person.

3) Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel

Group discount can be applied (including breakfast, tax not included).
Sun.: Single 7,500 JPY, Mon.: Single 9,500 JPY,
Tue. - Thu. and Sat.: Single 11,500 JPY
Fri.:Single 12,000 JPY
Direct transportation from airports by limousine bus is available. Few restaurants are around here. Room category non-smoking only.
