Your contribution of submitting photos taken by yourself is welcome.
We accept them on the following conditions:
Subject: something related natural environment of RIKEN. You can get ideas from the present pages.
Form of submission: by one of the three methods below.
(1) Electronic submission, via E-mail, photo-CD, or any other electronic media. Jpg format with about 1000 x 650 pixels or higher is preferable for quality.
(2) Renting negative or positive film of 35 mm regular size.
(3) Renting an enlarged print of around A4 size.
You reserve all rights including copyright but you should know anyone can secretly obtain the image file and print it from internet when your photo is displayed on the web page. The photos submitted to this page are not used by any other means without permission of the photo owners except archiving the WWW pages.
Upload and withdrawal: Please accept the administration policy of the photos, for example, avoiding too many similar photos, not uploading a very-low quality photo, not uploading a photo which is hardly relevant to the subject of this home page, etc.
On the other you can withdraw your photo at any time.
