Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to a follow-up online workshop on future decay spectroscopy at the RIBF, following the initial meeting held on March 27-28 in Valencia. This workshop will be held via Zoom on July 28, 2025, with the session scheduled from 4:00 PM (JST) to accommodate the international participants. If necessary, a second day will be arranged to ensure sufficient time for discussion.
This second meeting will focus on finalizing experimental proposals involving the new gamma-ray spectrometer C2URIE (Clover and Cluster Units for the RIBF's Implantation Experiments), which will offer an efficiency of approximately 20 % at 1 MeV. While the emphasis is on consolidating ongoing initiatives for proposals to be submitted to the next NP-PAC this fall, we also welcome new experimental ideas and encourage contributions from the broader community.
To support coordination, we ask all proponents to complete and return the pre-proposal form by July 15. To register for the workshop and in case you plan to submit a proposal but haven't presented at the workshop in Valencia, please contact S. Nishimura directly at your earliest convenience.
We look forward to engaging discussions as we work together to shape the upcoming decay spectroscopy program at RIBF using C2URIE.
