For students

Fill forms for the internship program.

1. Intern application ( internukeirenegaie-1.doc )
2. Internship Program Plan ( internkeikakushoe.doc )
3. Supervising professor's contact information ( internshidoukyouzyu-1.doc )
4. Photocopy of accident insurance certificate (You can get it at RIKEN at your own expense.)
5. your resume
6. An official letter of request or similar document written by the head of his or her academic institution or by a representative of such a person. (Example: interniraisho.doc , interniraisho_sample2.png )
7. Your photo for the ID card

- Japanese part in the forms are just duplicate information.
- For #6, it should have a sign of the head of your institution or department.

You will be a visiting researcher. For those who did it in 2005, you don't need this paperwork again.
