HPC (Horizontal Proportional Counter)

[1] Status

• HPC will be used to calibrate the vertical information of NEBULA. Size of one element is 50mm in diameter & 4 m long. 18 elements have been built at Tohoku. They were tested using cosmic rays, and transported to RIKEN in July 2011. They were also tested at K14.

  • プラトーは試験する検出器の上下の検出器の同時計測をゲートとして用いたので100%にはならない。　上下端の物は上（下）の２台を用いたのでさらに効率は減る。　一応プラトーがある事は確認できる。
