15.72.4  DATA|XDATA|YDATA|TEXT 

Specifies  the  DATA  or  TEXT coordinate frame.  Normally x, y are in the
text coordinate system.  If you specify x,y, and z then the data frame  is
assumed.
DATA - both x,y are in the data frame.
TEXT - both x,y are in the text frame.
XDATA - x is in data frame y in text frame.
YDATA - y is in data frame x in text frame.
