15.64.31.5  CONFIRM   - Each  histogram that matches the specifications is
logged, then you are asked whether you want to accept it.  You reply:
  *  Y,A - Yes accept it.
  *  N - No, do not accept it (Default).

  *  Q - Quit and stop asking questions. 
If you omit ON or OFF then ON is assumed.
(Default:CONFIRM=OFF)
