15.58.21  VECTOR 

This plots regular data as a vector field.  Each data point is plotted  as
an   arrow   with   the   tail  located  as  (X,Y[,Z])  and  the  head  at
(X+DX,Y+DY[,Z+DZ]).  The arrow head has a width equal to the BAR size.
