LIST FIT [APPEND[=ON|OFF]] [FILE|OUTPUT=filename] [FULL[=ON|OFF]]
Produces a listing on disk of the current fit parameters.
     Options:
     1.  APPEND adds the listing to the end of the specified file
         (Default:APPEND=OFF)
     2.  FULL outputs all information.
         (Default:FULL=OFF)
     3.  FILE specifies the file name
         (Default:tfit.lis)
