15.41  HELP 

This gives you help on TOPDRAWER commands.  This command is not  journaled
unless the MODE ABORT=OFF is set.
     TD:HELP topic subtopic sub-subtopic...

For example to get the list of set commands:
     TD:HELP COMMAND SET list
To get help on the JOIN command.
     TD:HELP COMMAND JOIN
