A way of submitting your proposal for the experiment using SAMURAI
- Those who plan to submit an experimental proposal with SAMURAI are strongly encouraged to be a member of SAMURAI collaboration. They are requested to show their intent to SAMURAI collaboration well in advance of their submission.
- The proponents are expected to present the contents in the steering board or in a user meeting well in advance to the deadline of the proposal submission. The experimental feasibility is discussed based on specifications of SAMURAI and related devices, human resources, budget situations, and any other relevant considerations.
- The SAMURAI collaboration requests the active members in the proposal to make their best effort to get well learned with the SAMURAI spectrometer. It is strongly recommended to join the SAMURAI experiment(s) prior to their own experiment.
